Returns & Return Policy

Punto Gioielli allows returns for refund or exchange, even without any reason, within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product. For the Christmas period, the return has been extended until 01/31/2022. If you want to return items, simply follow the instructions or contact us by phone. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 calendar days of receipt of the products. The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal if he respects these conditions: The products must not have been used, modified and personalized. The product boxes must not show signs of wear, abrasions and scratches. The product must be accompanied by the attached guarantee. RETURN PROCEDURE 1- Access the "YOUR ORDERS" section by CLICKING HERE. 2- Regarding the order you want to return, click on "REQUEST RETURN". 3 - Select the product (or products) of your order that you want to return. 4 - Please send the goods back or deliver them to: Punto Gioielli Srl - Via Roma 34 - 89013 Gioia Tauro (Rc) - Italy, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal to us from this contract. The shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. In case of loss or non-delivery of the returned item by the courier, we will not proceed with the refund.
You are only responsible for diminished value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

It is possible to request a refund or an exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the acceptance or rejection of your refund request and, if successful, we will agree on the refund method.

REFUND The refund methods depend on the payment method chosen at the time of the order: - PAYMENT BY CASH ON DELIVERY: the refund takes place only by bank transfer. In this case you will have to provide us with your bank details (IBAN and account holder details) via email when you send the return request. - PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER: the refund is made by bank transfer to the account provided by the customer who wants to be refunded - PAYMENT BY PAYPAL: the refund is made directly via PayPal. - PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD: the refund will only be credited to the credit card used for the purchase
